And ol' George can SWING on the Mighty WurlitZer, as in Honky Tonk
Train (regrettably long out of print) and many others.  Of course,
when he hits that Wurlie tremelo, it knocks you out of your seat.
I'll never say that V3 is excessive again.....  I'm glad that his name
came up in this context.  Fats Waller did a good job with the
instrument that he had, but it was a church organ (the Victor Camden
studios were located in an abandoned church, and it was there by
accident, not design).  The 5-manual Paramount WurlitZer yielded more
opportunities.
