Phil,
An A100 with 122 in excellent condition would probably go for $1500 or
more here in Kansas City. In the condition you're describing I would
offer $800 - $1000. You are correct about the repairs taking a few
hours, but they don't sound too major.
The lower Leslie slow motor probably needs adjusting (and probably all
the motors need to serviced), the output of the Krueger bass may just
need to be reconnected (or it could be more involved), and the internal
speakers probably don't work because the input to the amp has been
removed from the GG terminals or the tubes have been removed (or
something else more involved). Not sure about the popping noise in the
volume pedal.
Assuming the easiest solutions for the above problems, you've probably
got about 3 hours of tech work looking at you ($150 in Kansas City).
I'd say you are correct in wanting to get some cash with the deal.
You'll probably need most of it to get everything back in shape.
BTW, referencing the Hammond/Leslie age list your A100 appears to be a
1962 and the Leslie a 1972.
