actually, a post like that once in a while is not bad at all.. i just 
read it, delete it, and get on with my life.. the single outbursts are 
easily ignorable, it's the long winded replies that go on for months 
after that get unbearable..

it's the price we pay for having an easily accessable forum.. i think 
it's a small one - we all realize it's a very childish thing to do, and 
we ignore it.. sensible people won't judge the list on that..
