your favorite notation program

Hi,

I'm looking for the best, most flexible notation program for the
Macintosh. 

I've been using Freestyle which is MOTU's entry level sequencer/notation
program. Its a great way to get started and makes it very easy to
transfer what you play into notation. However, it doesn't always notate
the music as you would expect. For example, sometimes notes that I
expect to come in as triplets remain linked up to other notes and can't
be changed.

What types of programs are folks using?
