Trek II Percussion

I added a TrekII percussion add on to my B-2.  I had no difficulty with the
installation.  My only problem is that the volume of the Percussion is
barely audible.  I posted a message on the list a few months ago and
received great help however even after following all of the suggestions I
still have low volume on the TrekII on my B-2 as compared to the sharp
percussion on my B-3.

Any other suggestions to beef up the Percussion?
