Hey All; First of all, thanks to everyone that sent replies to my call for help! I knew I'd found the right place! Second, please forgive me, although I'm not illiterate when it comes to tinkering with my electric toys, I'm also not an expert, and doubly so for the Leslie, therefore, could you step back and explain the setup in a little more detail for me? I am, after all, just a guitar player! BTW, what do you call a guy who hangs around with musicians? A DRUMMER!:) The part I'm having trouble grasping is, do I need to plug this thing into a wall socket? I assume that I do, and I understand (?) that I also need to connect the fast/slow wires to the AC via a footswitch to control the speed? I have yet to hear from Steve, so maybe he can clear this up for me. So far, this is what I've come up with: The speaker wires get connected to a 1/4" jack. I connect the fast/slow wires to a footswitch, (5VDC) and connect the footswitch to the HOT AC wire. I then connect the AC to a standard wall plug, and I'm in business! Right? Hope you're not cussing and swearing at me right now! :) An aside to Whit: Yes, I'm in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, and I don't foresee myself becoming an organ player, though I do foresee myself becoming addicted to the sound of a Leslie! Many Thanks! Shawn
