Yes. That is the legendary (at least in my neighborhood) "What Is Hip" by Tower of Power. See how this thread ties in now? If you've never heard the original recording, you are really missing some outstanding Hammond work by Chester Thompson and the tightest rhythm and horn section this side of James Brown.
