Most Lee Michaels LPs are available on CD, although only places like Tower Records seem to carry them. They are on the "One Way" label so other retailers might be able to order them. I'm not familiar with an album called "Barrell", unless that's the one with him sitting at a piano in the corner of some type of cabin or shack. Are there any particular songs your looking for? The only one I'm familiar with that has him sitting at a C-3 on the back cover is "Lee Michaels" which includes the studio version of Stormy Monday.
