I have!
I installed a microswitch taken from an old italian-made organ to the
left edge of the volume pedal. This is a momentary-action switch, so I
designed a small PC-board with the necessary logic. This board has also
triac output to control the model 251 leslie relay. I have also
installed a push-button switch to the left endblock of the B-3. So I can
control the leslie speed with right foot or left hand. This logic board
takes it's power from the 6.3V supply of the amplifier.

Please e-mail me directly if you are interested to have the schematic
and PCB-documents.
