Great! Not getting bogged down by this minor issue should help get
the book out even sooner!

That being said, now for the most important questions:

What's your ETA (Estimated Time of Availability) for the book? A few
months, 6 months, a year? (Hey, no pressure ;^)

Can any of us render any assistance in the way of typing, word
processing, transcription, letter quality printing, proof-reading,
proof-playing, grammar checking, general review? E-mail and the web
are great tools for such collaboration, and there's a LOT of technical
savvy (and free time obviously) available for free on this mailing list.

Waiting Breathlessly,
Ron "Lo-On-Basslines" Alexander
