Hre's a name from the past.  Paul Beaver.  He made several custom pre-amps
which had separate input channels for upper and lower manuals.  They were
beautiful.  He made one for Gordon Kibbie, a well known radio organist which
had great, swell and pedal sections, each with it's own swell pedal.
Sounded great!
