I have added a kick-switch to my C-3/122 for about $5.00. I bought a cheap
push-on/push-off switch from RadioShack, mounted it in a bent strip of scrap
metal and secured it to the expression pedal with two small bolts. The
connections for a 122 are very simple, other models/configurations may
require more tinkering though.

It works like a charm, and now I don't have rely on my elbow to whack the
switch any more!

Cheers,

Ian
