That's right.

Maybe I overstated my opinion.  No question - this list is made up of a lot of 
people with very diverse levels of skill/ability/knowledge, etc.  My point - 
after further thought - was that changing a belt isn't a major operation - at 
least it better NOT be - considering the multitude of REALLY difficult things 
that might (and probably will) have to be done to keep a Hammond/Leslie working 
correctly.  If changing out a belt is really problematic, the owner should 
really seek a technician to do the work.  As you said, there are plenty of 
people who can't change oil in their car.
